Totally unacceptable experience! I had to wait an unreasonably long time for the food – over an hour – and besides, my daughter's food came in last of all, long after the rest of us had received ours. When I pointed this out when paying and questioned why the service had been so lousy and whether it was reasonable to pay full price for this, I was met with aggressiveness. The waitress started screaming at me in front of other guests and accused me of being rude – completely unfounded and extremely unprofessional! In addition, I was told that if you want food within 30 minutes, you should go to McDonald's, because here they only have ONE waitress who has to take care of 60 people, and that's my problem as a guest. Excuse?! Get more staff then, or shut down – because this is a joke for a restaurant. Blaming staff shortages when you are clearly not able to manage your business is not only frivolous – it is downright disrespectful to paying customers.
This was the first and absolutely LAST time I set foot there. I will actively advise everyone I know not to go there. McDonald's was actually a better alternative – cheaper, faster, and with a much nicer treatment.
You've just lost a customer – and many more are likely to follow.
