Fourth or fifth time I visit the place and frankly I do not know why I went back. Have well wanted to give the place a chance because the venue is nice or been invited by others. But EVERY time it takes forever before someone takes our order, ages before the drinks / food comes and all the times except one, there is something missing from the order. If you have asked for compensation for the long wait / missing food, you get a sour look and the question "and what did you have in mind?". Reluctantly, they have agreed to 10% or as today..."I might invite coffee?". Never again the Orangery.. or iaf not until the entire staff has gone to charm school.
