We ordered a glass of champagne each, and then when it was time for some sashimi, so it was served in the same glass. We asked to other more suitable glass and then received a surprised "I thought You wanted it in the glass" from the waitress. Razor clams were served then entirely uncleaned with sand bag left. "We want it to be more natural" we got to the answer of the obvious ignorant chef, who also served insjögös as sashimi, which would be contrary to the National Food Administration's administrative rules. The city's best sushi without a doubt. Served around the disk with all the best ingredients. Booking essential get to fit at the bar closest to sushicheferna. Highly recommended.
