Ordered a table from Tambur and of course I opened the package to inspect the purchase.
It turned out that the table did not fit our expectations but a return was not possible. This was because the packaging was "broken" according to Tambur.
Have been trying to call customer service for more than 6 days with no response. Finally managed to get in touch after several sent emails during 4-5 days....
My honest recommendation is to seek out more serious players if you want to avoid hassle and at the same time be able to go "through" your purchase without the risk of punishment.
Now I'm stuck with a table that I'm not happy with, just because I wanted to look at it.
