I was tempted to give it a 1-star rating because I was so disappointed. The biggest disappointment was that the kebab meat was like it had been in water and they just took it out, shook off the water, and put it on the rice. It seems like the kebab meat had been sitting in warm trays for a long time, and it was in thin slices, so it wasn't good at all compared to when they cut directly from a large kebab and put it on the plate.
The second disappointment was that the portion was not at all as large as expected, as everyone says the portions are huge and they are known for that.
On their website, it says "Large portions and insanely good," which is not true at all.
