Adam & Oliver

Fusion restaurant Adam & Oliver combines Nordic flavours with Asian techniques in an elegant way. They aim to provide a modern experience with food made from seasonal and local ingredients. The bar also mixes up innovative cocktails, using Swedish gin and other spirits. 

Scandinavia meets China, Japan and South Korea at this modern fusion restaurant at Smedjegatan 3. The restaurant is run by Adam Wedholm and Oliver Ljungqvist, two childhood friends from Västerås who have previously worked at restaurants including Frantzén in Hong Kong and have now joined forces and opened their own place. At Adam & Oliver culinary inspiration comes from both Scandinavia and Asia and they create innovative dishes with local ingredients in season. They serve smaller à la carte dishes and a whole tasting menu with exciting flavour combinations. 

Visit Adam & Albin with family or with friends, colleagues or a date. The surroundings are pared-back yet intimate, with Scandinavian and Asian design elements such as blonde wood furniture and large rice-paper lamps. If you haven't booked a table there are always drop-in places a the bar, where you can take a seat and eat dinner or enjoy a drink. The drinks menu includes innovative cocktails made with Swedish spirits and Asian flavourings.
