You have the opportunity to sit both inside and outside! This is a place that is advantageously booked! Drop in is available but it's difficult! The place is popular!
Love the small wine hatch on the house where you can taste different wines, this will be like a better bar hangout and personal service 🤝🏼
I, who was here alone, it was difficult to find another table. I was offered to sit at their only bar table but have my food served on a stool. Well on that one... There was a table inside the dining room which is probably an old basement. Incredibly beautiful and on time with a Gotland feel.
Ordered olives and wine, unfortunately didn't get the chance to test the wine door! The olives arrived and so did my intermediate dishes 30 seconds later. Would have liked to have a chance to get to rest and snack before the main courses arrived. I quickly understood that it was messy in the kitchen.
These are intermediate dishes that you should share in the company. Had a bit of a hard time understanding the menu what everything could be. Ate their beets with hollandaise with extra goodies. That extra good thing was parmesan cheese and chili powder! If I had known that it was chili powder, I would never have ordered it, I have a hard time with spicy food. There are three different beets, red polka, and yellow beet. All drenched in hollandaise and all looked like beetroot that you couldn't distinguish them... a bit boring.
The tartare was delicious! Chunky pieces which I really like!
Unfortunately, there was only one chocolate dessert, but who knows, maybe I'll try it next time!
What really drags down what the service. However, I think this place really has potential and I was just there on a bad day? I sincerely hope so!
I wish they a more real bar because their drinks looked very good!

Lilla Huset i Visby är en restaurang som verkligen lyckats fånga den magiska sommarkänslan på Gotland. Med sin charmiga miljö, välkomponerade rätter, fantastiska drinkar och noggrant utvalda viner, som serveras direkt från ett fönster, är detta en ren och skär idyll.
De erbjuder en meny där lokala råvaror och säsongens smaker står i fokus. "Potatis på tre vis" var min absoluta favorit – en rätt som lyfter den klassiska potatisen till nya höjder! De arbetar med enkla gotländska råvaror men ser till att verkligen framhäva och förstärka smakerna.
Här serveras inte bara fantastisk mat, utan även ett imponerande och omfattande dryckesutbud. Med deras noggrant utvalda viner får du en dryckesupplevelse som förhöjer hela kvällen. Missa inte deras dessertdrink – helt otrolig!
Man sitter i en medeltida miljö, lite gömd vid gamla kloster och hela platsen andas Gotland. När kvällen blir kylig kan man flytta in i den vackert bevarade källarbyggnaden.
Jag måste säga att detta är en av Visbys bästa restauranger och en plats jag varmt kan rekommendera. Kombinationen av fantastisk mat, underbara drinkar och en otrolig atmosfär gör det till en upplevelse utöver det vanliga.
Oavsett om du är på Gotland för en weekend eller en längre sommarsemester – se till att boka ett bord här. Du kommer inte att bli besviken!
