Majstre restaurant, bar and café occupies a magnificent location right at the southernmost tip of Gotland. Eat lunch or dinner, have a coffee and sip cocktails with the sea and spectacular natural surroundings as your backdrop.
Majstre boasts one of the island's most beloved positions, which was previously occupied by cult spot Majstregården. In 2020 it was completely renovated and the result is an updated restaurant with a light, airy dining room, bar, café and large alfresco dining areas. In the evenings guests are treated to spectacular sunsets over the water.
Majstre serves lunch and dinner during the summer season. Head chef Niclas Wallberg, who previously ran Svartsö krog, has created a menu which includes both popular classics and unexpected twists.The aim is to use Gotlandic produce as far as possible. If you just fancy a coffee, head to the café, which serves buns, cakes and breads from Bakverket artisan bakery. They also serve soft-serve ice cream and ice cream by the scoop, along with prawn sandwiches and vegetarian baguettes.

Majstregården på Gotland är ett fantastiskt ställe jag gärna återkommer till. Mysiga fikastunder med utsökta hembakade bakverk, härlig glass med lokala smaker och middagar som alltid imponerar med vällagad mat av hög kvalitet. Miljön är charmig och personalen mycket trevlig och välkomnande. En riktig pärla värd att besöka om och om igen!

På resa med Nationalparksresor i början på juni 2024 åt vi middag , lunch och frukost på Majstre. Den välkända restaurangen Majstre stod det i infot.
