Born and raised in the US - remade in Sweden. Kids are now old enough to fend for themselves so now back in the saddle eating out, entertaining and mixing and mingling. Have more disposable income now too.

A freshly boiled Maine lobster - saving the huge claws for last - dipped in butter - while sitting on a dock overlooking the ocean.

Something odd about me

The only food I won't eat are beets. Bleh.
