I've been a loyal customer and been with Dashl for a long time, but this was the last straw, on Saturday I went to the hospital and got acute pain. When I contact Dashl I don't get any compensation, I understand if you're sick then you might have to take yourself by the collar but not to book a new appointment for someone who is in the hospital so she doesn't lose the money is really bad! I don't understand where the customer mindset is here!? so unfortunately dashl they were the last time you saw me. With that said, I also got really sad treatment from them when I told them what happened, not even a question how they were with me who was inside, but only focus the money is ours, you don't get a discount on next time or whatever. really bad
