However, a report was written in the autumn of 2020 about how groundbreaking sushi would be, that they really want to push the boundaries of what sushi can taste like. I grabbed a 13-piece mixed menu to get an idea of this but only got regular sushi. The salmon was divine in texture and the rolls were good, but the rest tasted mostly fishy with a little batter on top. Nothing that stood out and no info on the menu about what I actually eat in the way of fish. The soy came in a small bag package = could not be dipped. Miso was not included and costs 20(!) kronor, considering the price of the sushi (145 for a lunch) I didn't feel like trying the soup. Absolutely not worth the trip or the money.
