Do you think you get popcorn as soon as you come in because Pinchos are nice? Popcorn is cheap. And salt. Salt makes you thirsty and thirsty customers buy drinks. Drinking has a good margin. Boom. The plank is good but the meat offers a little too much chewing resistance, halloumi ippers were a bit too cool, Ndujan was good/spicy but too cool, Crispy chicken good but cool, Beef taco was juicy and tasty - but cool, Chicken popcorn was quite bland (feels like you are frying a cubic centimeter of meat) and cool, Tostada had a pretty fuzzy taste and was cool, Churros were a bit soft, flabby and cool, Calamares were nice with good bounce and flavor, Fried dumplings were quite boring too - too crispy/dry and the overall theme: Not very hot.
