As a Dane, it hurts to note that a Danish national pride like Carlsberg is involved in such a sad history as the New Carnegie Brewery "probably the worst restaurant in the world" is our experience after tonight's visit. Long waiting times due to poor staffing and uncommitted staff are adversely affected by the kitchen's boring delivery. "Ruben sandwich" with so little pastrami that my wife had to pull it over the toast !?! in an attempt at getting a fragment of meat on each bite. Deep fried pig rind that you can buy better on bag in your local super market in Copenhagen. "Summer salad on primeur" was wet with watermelon that was blackened yesterday and cooked carrots suitable for horse feed. Hamburger on oxbringa blah blah blah. Dry bun with a small cheese-pasted piece of meat and soft onions - not bad but until 195.00 My 10-year-old daughter who has been eating adult food since she stopped breastfeeding milk apparently interpreted the servant as having a baby burger. She ordered the same as I Hamburger blah blah blah but was after an hour of waiting served a children's burger; buna, micro steak and ketchup. When we were going to pay, the servant was in and of itself sad, lamented and removed my wife's salad from receipts but regardless - the evening was a total disappointment. The beer is good but makes a bar of misery instead of trying to trick people that you can make food.
