Was there today and saw a sofa that we decided to buy. Wanted to talk to the person who takes care of the delivery - because the info I got from the person who worked at the checkout that the delivery of purchased goods can take up to 14 days ( unrealistic! !) , and the person who takes care of the delivery had a "meeting" with other higher up in the management at each store. Their meeting took place in rooms that had glass windows/glass panes - so they could see that I was waiting. It's been 40 minutes of waiting for them to ever end the meeting or even ask me what I'm waiting for - when they clearly saw that I need to ask a question. Total disregard for the customer I got the feeling, no employee at the store could help me with even "disturbing" the management by asking WHEN the meeting will end. So 40 minutes of waiting in the store/meadows/ ,which has lacked ventilation, in today's heat of about plus 27 degrees warm .... The store that is crammed with old dusty things, so fresh air there is just a "wish". I had to leave without buying the sofa. So customer orientation is there at zero. I can understand that it is "non profit" organization.... But that organization is also "not bothered" to sell what they get in. That was my opinion, and I absolutely will not go there to get a sense of how unimportant I am.... Goodbye Skyddsvärnet and the rating you get is "ZERO".
