Was there today and saw a sofa that we decided to buy. Wanted to talk to the person who takes care of the delivery - because the info I got from the person who worked at the checkout that the delivery of purchased goods can take up to 14 days ( unrealistic! !) , and the person who takes care of the delivery had a "meeting" with other higher up in the management at each store. So 40 minutes of waiting in the store/meadows/ ,which has lacked ventilation, in today's heat of about plus 27 degrees warm .... The store that is crammed with old dusty things, so fresh air there is just a "wish". I had to leave without buying the sofa. So customer orientation is there at zero. I can understand that it is "non profit" organization.... But that organization is also "not bothered" to sell what they get in. That was my opinion, and I absolutely will not go there to get a sense of how unimportant I am.... Goodbye Skyddsvärnet and the rating you get is "ZERO".
