Worst service!!! 25 min it took for our waitress to come to the table and ask if we want to order wine or water, and that's only because I waved for the fifth time! A quarter of an hour more, if we want to start with the food! When the starter was served we had empty glasses, she didn't even ask if we wanted anything more to drink, but left the plates and left! The same happened with hot and dessert! Not a single question about how the food tasted or would we wish for some coffee for dessert. Asked for the bill twice, only got it when I got up and went to look for another waiter.
The whole evening I felt totally ignored by Petronella. We have never experienced such bad tableware before! Cold in the room, the food was tasteless, but the dessert was okay.
