The London-based Bimber Distillery is an artisanal producer of single malt whiskies, using a handcrafted approach to turn the barley grown at their own farm into quality, award-winning whiskies. At their distillery in North Acton, you can tour the production facilities and learn more about whiskies in general, as well as buy bottles of their limited-edition single malts. They've even collaborated with Transport for London on a range of whiskies inspired by famous Tube stations.
