This August, Mayfair's Kanishka, the Pan-Indian restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar, is teaming up with Paul John Whisky for a one-night-only dinner on Thursday, 28 August.
It's located inside the restaurant's 'Regent Private Dining Room', where just 15 guests will get to tuck into a five-course menu from Kochhar and executive chef Ashok Kumar, with every dish paired to a different pour from Paul John's award-winning single malt collection.

As for food, expect snacks like organic beetroot croquette with masala hummus papdi (paired with nirvana), followed by mouthwatering plates like tandoori monkfish with kale, coconut and samphire (with brilliance), and Kochhar's signature chicken tikka pie with berry chutney (with bold). The star, however, is the rogan josh lamb wellington with rainbow chard (paired with classic). But make sure you leave room for dessert; the pistachio cake with vanilla malai cream, saffron and rose, matched with oloroso, is a must.
Tickets are £149 including all food and pairings, and with just 15 seats available, it's about as intimate as Mayfair dining gets. Book here.
