This September, one of London's smallest dinner parties is going down at Shoreditch's Michelin-starred Cycene — and if you're into caviar, you'll want to get involved.
On Sunday, 7 September, Cycene is teaming up with caviar brand N25 to host a one-night-only collaboration between chef Taz Sarhane (Cycene's new head chef) and chef René Stein (from Nuremberg's Michelin-starred Tisane). Together, they'll create an intimate tasting menu where caviar isn't just the garnish, it's the star.
The evening kicks off with a welcome reception where you'll be greeted by the chefs themselves, followed by a downstairs caviar masterclass led by N25's Jason Hillis. After, you'll get to sit down to an immersive, seasonal tasting menu that brings together Cycene's elegance with Tisane's expressive style.
Between them, the chefs share a love of seasonal storytelling and luxury, and they'll be putting four different species of N25 caviar to work across a progression of dishes. With only 20 seats available for the dinner, this is one of London's most exclusive foodie nights of the year.
“This isn't just about caviar on top — it's about what caviar can do when two chefs with big ideas let it lead,” says N25 founder Hermes Gehnen.
