NEIT Whiskey, the premium Irish whiskey brand known for its sleek design and experimentation, has teamed up with Michelin-starred chef and third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi to launch Silent Harmony, a limited-edition single-cask whiskey.
Silent Harmony is a 1991 single malt that's spent 34 years maturing in a bourbon barrel. Triple-distilled and bottled without colouring or chill filtration, it's been left entirely untouched to preserve the spirit's character. Launching in early October, it opens with a delicate floral aroma of honeysuckle and wild apple blossom, followed by layers of apricot tarte tatin and wild herbs, finishing with a subtle coastal breeze.

The bottle itself looks like it has come straight from a Tokyo gallery, drawing inspiration from Japanese pottery for its deep tones and tactile textures. Only 185 bottles have been produced, each priced at £2,995, making this as much a collector's item as a whiskey.

It's a partnership that just makes sense: NEIT has always pushed boundaries between design and craft, while Chef Endo is known for meticulous technique and a reverence for tradition.
