Donutelier by Roladin has been crafting luxurious donuts for over three decades at their family-owned patisserie. The art of donut making (or doughnuts, the never-ending debate continues) is a laborious but rewarding process, and these guys know how to do it best. They use the technique of long-established deep-fried dough and combine it with a street food aesthetic to create something unique and delicious. The donuts don’t only taste excellent, but they’re also a visual work of art.
Despite the city being chock-full of top-notch bakeries, including its fair share of donut spots, we’ll never turn down the opportunity to welcome a new one to the scene. Cue Donutelier by Roladin, who is set to open its brand-spanking new shop in January 2023 after a successful soft launch over the festive period.
Expect front-row seats to the donut-making process as expert pastry chefs turn balls of dough into tasty artwork right in front of your eyes.
The best bit? You’ll be able to try a specially-designed selection of donuts crafted exclusively for the new London store, like pistachio with Chantilly cream and wild berry cream with mini strawberry meringues.
