This isn't your average BBQ, 16 top pitmasters from around the world are bringing every grill style and flavour you can imagine to Woolwich Works from 26–28 September, turning the venue into a smoky, sizzling hot spot for meat lovers all over the city.

Expect an award-winning line-up of BBQ vendors, each picked for their unique approach to meat, marinades, grills, and smoke. From succulent ribs and mouth-watering briskets to experimental platters, £3–£15 tasting dishes let you sample the best the UK's BBQ scene has to offer. Workshops, live music, and tastings make it a proper foodie weekend.

The event has been curated by Eating With Tod and Savour Events, as a celebration of the craft, creativity, and community of the UK's top pitmasters. And with five sessions across the weekend, there's plenty of time to taste everything there is on offer here.
