Wine Tasting Events

World of Wine: Bordeaux with Château Edmus (£60pp)
Cosy up in Humble Grape's Liverpool Street or Battersea wine bars and enjoy a 2.5-hour Bordeaux tasting experience guided by Humble Grape's sommeliers. You'll learn about the rich history of this iconic French wine region and uncover the secrets behind its global acclaim. Sip on seven Château Edmus wines, including the exceptionally rare Château Edmus, Phi, 2022 (with only 25 cases produced).

  • Liverpool Street: Monday 20 January, 6:30pm
  • Battersea: Tuesday 21 January, 6:30pm

Bordeaux Winemaker Dinner (£100pp)
Humble Grape welcomes Laurent David from Château Edmus to kick off the first Meet the Winemaker supper clubs. Enjoy an evening celebrating his esteemed wines: four reds, including the stunning Château Edmus, Saint Emilion Grand Cru, 2015. Each wine is paired with a delicious dish by Executive Chef Dane Barnard. This event takes place in Humble Grape's historical Fleet Street wine bar in St. Brides' Passage.

  • Fleet Street: Wednesday 22 January, 6:30pm

Wine 1-0-1 Blind Tasting (£21pp)
To end the month, Humble Grape is hosting a 45-minute blind wine tasting where you'll test your palate and explore different varieties without relying on labels. Forget preconceptions and embrace the fun as sommeliers guide you through the wine-tasting journey. You'll also receive a £20 voucher to spend at their wine bar.

  • Canary Wharf: Tuesday 28 January, 6:30pm
  • Crouch End: Wednesday 29 January, 6:30pm

These globally recognised qualifications are open to anyone with a passion for wine, not just industry professionals—and you'll even receive a certificate to mark your achievement. Each qualification takes place over three or four sessions, with an exam on the final day. These courses provide the foundational knowledge to begin your journey toward becoming a wine expert.
