Michelin-trained chef Chet Sharma and Mitsunobu Nagae reunite for a BiBi & Friends collab dinner following their first collaboration at l'abeille in New York in 2025, marking Mitsu's London cooking debut.

Nagae, an Osaka-born chef trained in France under Joël Robuchon, leads the Michelin-starred Tribeca restaurant known for blending Japanese sensibility with French technique. The one-night menu at Sharma's Mayfair flagship BiBi explores connections between Indian and French-Japanese cuisines, pairing British produce with dishes such as ajwaini scallop, lamb barra kebab, charcoal-grilled turbot and smoked soy with bone marrow and truffle. The result promises a meeting of Indian warmth and Japanese precision delivered with technical finesse.

Sponsored by Krug, the dinner is priced at £195 with optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings.
