Boxpark, the popular food and entertainment venue in London, is adding four exciting new traders to its already epic lineup in venues around the city.

The newbies include Yorkshire Burrito, opening at Boxpark in Wembley on 2nd June, designed to push the classic Sunday roast out of its comfort zone. These guys have a reputation in the foodie world for taking the roast's iconic trimmings; cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, stuffing and meat and wrapping everything up in a fluffy Yorkshire pudding burrito before dousing it in a pool of mouthwatering gravy.

Raastawala, headed up by British-born Rinku Dutt, a third-generation Kolkatan, is bringing the flavours of North East Indian cuisine to Boxpark in Shoreditch, launching on 2nd June. Focusing on recipes passed down through generations; you can expect a menu chock full of mouthwatering Indian dishes, like chicken biriyani, Indian summer salads and Nepalese steamed and sautéed dumplings.

Dino's Hotdogs is also launching at Boxpark in Croydon, focusing on New York-style fare such as crispy fried onions, tater tots, and classic hot dogs.  It's all about traditional American deli flavours here, inspired by the streets of Brooklyn, with hot dogs made with 100% Beechwood Smoked pork smothered in lashings of ketchup.

Last up is Taco Collective, offering authentic Mexican and Californian street food at the Boxpark Shoreditch branch from 5th June. Evolving from residencies and pop-ups in South East London, the team have forged a cult following for tasty Mexi-Cali-inspired grab-and-go food. Menu highlights include juicy chicken thigh tacos shredded in a smoky chipotle sauce and blended with ripened tomatoes and hand-pulled king oyster mushrooms sautéed with birria adobo on blue corn tacos, all best served with a pot of consommé broth for dipping and dunking.
