If you're after a dinner experience that goes beyond the usual tasting menu, Brown's Hotel in Mayfair just raised the bar. As part of a new 'Musical Room Service' offering from Rocco Forte Hotels, guests can now order live music straight to their suite — think in-room string quartets, jazz saxophonists, or solo harpists, enjoyed alongside British fine dining from Charlie's.

Curated by musical director Sandy Burnett, the London edition lets you tailor your own private performance and is available exclusively to guests staying in one of the hotel's top Signature Suites. You can also enjoy your performance with champagne and a perfectly cooked steak.

This isn't just a London thing. Rocco Forte has rolled out the Musical Room Service across its European hotels — from rooftop arias in Rome to bagpipes in Edinburgh, jazz in Brussels, and a full Sicilian serenade in Palermo. Each hotel partners with local talent, from opera houses to music conservatories, to deliver something truly unique (and Instagram-ready).

Suites with private performances start from €2,000. Booking in advance essential.
