Craft 'n' Chill offers relaxing Sunday afternoon craft sessions that combine creativity and mindfulness. Each month features a surprise activity, such as painting, embroidery, origami, or collage, designed to provide a mood-boosting break from daily routines. Suitable for ages 16 and up, these sessions are perfect for enjoying some "me time" in a serene and welcoming environment.

Led by Momtaz Begum-Hossain, a Colour Therapist and Museum of Happiness Facilitator, you'll be guided through activities designed to ignite creativity and provide a sense of fulfilment. All materials are provided, and no prior artistic experience is needed.

Admission to the Craft 'n' Chill sessions is on a pay-what-you-can basis. The sessions take place every last Sunday of the month at Well Bean Co, a vegan community café in the Royal Docks area. Find out more and book your spot here.
