London's pasta scene is about to be taken up a notch, as Emilia's Crafted Pasta opens its fifth – and biggest – restaurant yet, opening on Victoria Street this August.
The pasta hot spot opens on 7 August, just a short stroll from Victoria Station and a stone's throw from Westminster. Inside, the space feels more Milan than SW1, with two storeys decked out with earthy tones and a bar that pays homage to 20th-century Italian design. The floor-to-ceiling windows mean the restaurant is flooded with natural light and there's a front-row view of the open kitchen and pasta-making station. It comes with lots of space for dining, with 100 seats (70 indoors, 30 al fresco, though the outdoor space won't open until 2026).

On the menu, expect Emilia's signature 'Casarecce Truffled Cacio e Pepe' and their favourite 'Béchamel Bolognese', a four-hour labour of love made with organic, grass-fed beef and served with silky egg pappardelle. There are veggie and vegan options too, and all pasta is made fresh daily using 100% natural ingredients.

Emilia's Crafted Pasta was founded in East London by Andrew Macleod nearly a decade ago, and has quietly built a loyal following, becoming the UK's first five-site fresh pasta group.
Emilia's Crafted Pasta opens in Victoria on 7 August (56 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QW), with a soft launch from 28 July–6 August offering 50% off food.
