Kioku Bar is proud to present the first episode of its new Sake Masterclass Series on May 30. The episode will showcase the award-winning Nabeshima from Fukuchiyo Brewery in Saga Prefecture, Japan. Guests will explore sake craftsmanship, tradition, and heritage with an exclusive tasting experience featuring six sakes accompanied by tasty bar bites.

There are a couple of special guests who will guide the event: Ms. Rie Iimori, co-president, and Hinako Iimori, heir to the brewery, who will unveil their wisdom and the artistry behind their sake whilst sharing stories of Fukuchiyo Brewery's legacy.

Established in 1924, Fukuchiyo Brewery's Nabeshima brand pays homage to the bravery and resilience of the Nabeshima samurai of the Saga clan, who shaped Japanese history for over three centuries. Their Nabeshima Daiginjo was awarded champion sake at the 2011 International Wine Challenge.

Tickets cost £75 per person and include a flight of six sakes and a selection of bar snacks.
