Former Bubala chef Helen Graham is taking over the Oranj kitchen in March

Pioneering Shoreditch wine bar Oranj will turning over the kitchen to Helen Graham, an accomplished chef and food writer, throughout March.

Helen Graham is the former Executive Chef of the beloved Bubala restaurants, where her experienced approach to plant-led cuisine helped shine a new light on vegetarian cuisine. The chef, whose past credentials also include The Barbary and Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, is also a respected food writer whose recipes have appeared in the likes of The Guardian and Vogue, and has been nominated for the Observer Food Monthly award.

In March, Graham will be the resident chef at natural wine bar Oranj, where she'll serve a personal menu inspired by her childhood memories, as well as Middle Eastern, Eastern European, and North African cuisine. Diner can expect plenty of veg cooked over an open fire, surprising flavour combinations, and an abundance of culinary skill on display.
