Musician and proud East Ender Hak Baker is swapping the stage for the pizza counter this October, teaming up with Bad Boy Pizza Society for a month-long takeover at their Bethnal Green pizzeria. Hak has been a regular for years, and after a few chats over slices, the idea for the collaboration was born.

The star of the show is a special-edition 'Curry Goat Pizza', slow-braised and filled with butter beans, pickled Scotch bonnets, and mozzarella on a coconut base. It'll be on the menu from October 5–31, alongside 'Mac n Cheese Suppli with Curry Gravy'. However, they are limited daily, so once they're gone, they're gone.

Hak's 'Reef House Lager' will also be available throughout the month, brewed by Block Brew, the UK's first Black-owned beer company, founded by Hak and his friends Leon and Tayla, and named after the block they grew up on.

Things kick off properly with a lock-in party on Saturday 4 October, where just 45 lucky ticket-holders will get first dibs on the full Caribbean collab menu – pizza slices topped with curry goat, jerk sausage, and Jamaican oxtail stew, plus bingo and DJs.

Expect the Bethnal Green spot to be buzzing all month. Tickets for the party can be purchased here
