The legendary London Chinese restaurant Hutong, located high up on the 33rd floor of The Shard, is excited to unveil its brand new Dynasty Brunch menu, available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.
The new menu pays homage to the varied flavours and dishes of Northern Chinese cuisine, taking guests on a journey through this rich cuisine. The dishes are inspired by the grandeur of the Chinese imperial harem system, offering the perfect amount of history, luxury, and taste.
The Emperor menu is priced at £60 per person and features a careful selection of Hutong's best dishes. Highlights include unlimited starters such as scallops and prawn wontons in a spicy sauce, vegetarian spring rolls with mushrooms and cabbage, spring onions, and marinated beef shank. Guests can choose one main course from six options, including seabass with ginger and garlic in chilli sauce, Ma La beef tenderloin, and Mapo tofu, along with a side dish like vegetable fried rice or fried noodles. Dessert options include Ma La chocolate tart, traditional mango pudding, and Mandarin sorbet.

The menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm, and features live DJ entertainment from 11 am to 4 pm.
