September in London always feels like the unofficial New Year – back to work, back to routine, and for many of us, a little reset after a summer of letting loose. Island Poké clearly got the memo, because they're launching a new wellness series to keep Londoners on their toes.
The three-month series, nicknamed 'Island Hopping,' is all about fitness, mindfulness, and, of course, Island Poké's delicious poké bowls. Each month, a different Island Poké location will team up with some of the city's top wellness collectives to host an event – this might be a run club, padel match or even a pilates class – with the option to refuel after with something a little more exciting than a protein bar.
Things kick off on September 6 with a collab between Arc Community and Cadence at Canary Wharf, including a 6k run, a guided recovery session (saunas, ice baths and breathwork), plus a chance to tuck into Island Poké's brand-new Recovery Bowl. It's the ultimate bowl, packed with salmon, avocado, kimchi, edamame, seaweed and a zingy miso and turmeric dressing. It's made with anti-inflammatory, gut-friendly goodness to recharge you after your workout.
There's also a loyalty scheme running alongside the series, where you can collect stamps for every Recovery Bowl or Arc class, with freebies and discounts waiting once you hit milestones. Oh, and there'll be exclusive colour-coded merch to collect at each monthly event too.
Tickets and sign-up details for each event will be available on the Arc website. Spaces are limited to 80 and priced at £29 per ticket. However, all future Island Hopping events will cost just £5.00
