Rhythm & Taste: Jazz & Food Festival will take place this Saturday at the Design District on Greenwich Peninsula, offering a full day of live jazz, food stalls, vinyl DJs, dance performances, and market stalls – all free to attend.

Headline music performances include genre‑blending acts like Steam Down (Afro‑punk jazz), Shunaji (jazz‑infused hip hop and psychedelic soul), and Knats (uptempo trumpet‑driven jazz). Vinyl enthusiasts can enjoy curated crate digging, record cleaning, and DJ sets from Rook Records, Tina Edwards, Tim Garcia, Kay Suzuki, and others in the dedicated Vinyl Lounge. Food highlights include a Festival Food Quarter featuring global street-food pop‑ups, along with offerings at Canteen Food Hall, Bureau Restaurant, and a dedicated oyster bar. Festival bars will serve craft beers, cocktails, ciders, and wines, with a curated wine tasting session inside the Vinyl Lounge. Meanwhile, free workshops, such as zine making, collage record-sleeve design, and home herb growing, will also be available.
With roaming performers, live bands, family-friendly entertainment, festive food and drink, and a celebration of community and creativity, the festival blends rhythm and flavour in the signature Greenwich Peninsula summer style. You can find out more about the programme and book your free spot here.
