Seven Dials Market, KERB's Central London home, is commemorating Pride month from 31 May to 30 June 2024 by partnering with Pride in London, organisers of the city's iconic Pride parade.
The celebrations kicked off on 31 May, when Dee Llewellyn, Director of Partnerships at Pride in London, cut the ribbon on Pride Ally (formerly Cucumber Alley) as a gesture of Kerb's commitment to fostering allyship and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive safe space for everyone, including the LGBTQ+ community, not just for June but beyond.
Simon Mitchell, CEO of KERB, stated, "We are delighted to be partnering with Pride in London as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. At KERB, we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcome and valued, and this partnership reflects our dedication to creating a work environment where everyone can thrive."
Throughout the month, Seven Dials Market traders will be selling special food dishes to raise money for Pride in London—from Hash Hut's Cheesy Bean Browns loaded with freshly grated cheese to Yum Bun's Rainbow Salad Set with hoisin-belly pork. Little Pudding's Marshmallow Fluff with Biscoff doughnut is also a highlight.
For drinks, customers can sip on Rhubabe, a cocktail created exclusively for Pride Month and featuring Stonewall Spirits Rhubarb Gin. For every Rhubabe purchased at Warehouse Bar, £1 will be donated to Pride in London.
The fun doesn't stop there: On Friday and Saturday nights, DJs from the LGBTQ+ community will also be providing the soundtrack so you can boogie well into the night.
