The London Winter Walk is perfect for those who want to do something good for themselves and others, but aren't regular marathon runners.

Taking place across two days, 24 and 25 January, the London Winter Walk is a walking-only event that takes participants on a circular route around London to raise funds for charity. Starting and ending at the Oval, different course lengths are available, including a full marathon, half marathon, 10k, and family 5k. Along the way, walkers will be able to take in London landmarks and views of the Thames, refuel with hot food and drinks at rest stops, and get support from trained medics if needed. With everyone going at their own pace, it's a fun and enjoyable way to kickstart your New Year's wellbeing regime while doing good.
