The Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge is going full winter wonderland this year, teaming up with Beluga Vodka to turn the Rotunda into a frosty forest of martinis and twinkling lights. Launching Thursday, 13 November, the space will be filled with shimmering Beluga Martini Trees and festive tableside cocktail experiences, all in the name of Christmas.

Guests can sip martinis crafted by Michele Lombardi, choosing their own vodka-to-vermouth ratios and picking garnishes from trees laden with chic glassware. If you're feeling festive, there's even a Christmas martini that swaps the olive for a blue cheese–filled marzipan one. Meanwhile, the décor, designed by floral designer Renatto Ribeiro, nods to alpine folklore, with lanterns, sledges, and a twelve-foot tree strung with martini glasses like icicles.

Afternoon tea comes courtesy of East London's favourite baker, Lily Vanilli, who's reimagining Christmas classics in her signature quirky style. You'll get to enjoy her 'Modern Christmas Cake' (chocolate salted caramel, edible gold, the works), savoury mince pies filled with roast potatoes and Branston pickle, and citrus tarts topped with piped meringue wreaths.

If you're skipping the cocktails, Valrhona's hot chocolate trolley has you covered with drinks served all day, from spiced Mexican cocoa to a chocolate martini. For something a little hands-on, Michele Lombardi is also hosting festive cocktail masterclasses in December, and pastry chef Lola Baivier de Fortis is running family-friendly cookie-making sessions.

The Four Seasons' frozen forest pop-up is shaping up to be one of the prettiest ways to warm up this Christmas. It's open daily from November 13, 2025, through January 4, 2026.
