Limin Winter Lodge is set to open on Friday, 11 October, bringing a unique blend of Caribbean and alpine vibes to the South Bank. The venue has transformed from a beach bar into a magical retreat featuring a private ski lodge, fir trees, and twinkling fairy lights.

The menu is getting a revamp with a mix of Caribbean and mountain-inspired dishes, including Scotch bonnet-glazed ham, Trini ham croque monsieur, garden and mountain risotto, a cheese and charcuterie platter, and iconic Trinidadian doubles. There's even a Trinidad Christmas cake for dessert.

Round off your meal with their signature rum punch or a selection of mountain-themed cocktails, such as the winter berry mojito and Val-d'Isère passion fizz.

There will also be entertainment, including live DJs, karaoke, steel pan performances, candy cane limbo, burlesque shows, and much more.
