On 8th February, MasterChef UK 2023 finalist Anurag Aggarwal is joining forces with Chef Amit Bagyal, Executive Chef of renowned restaurant Yaatra, for a one-off foodie supper club.
Guests will be treated to an extravagant seven-course tasting menu priced at £95 per person, taking place at Yaatra, an Indian restaurant located in the Grade II listed Edwardian old Westminster Fire Station. Yaatra's signature cocktail, the Fire Station, will be served upon arrival, paired with a selection of canapés.
Menu highlights include pan-fried lobster on a soft semolina cake, Herwick lamb rump and a decadent chocolate banana bread drizzled with salted caramel. Veggies will also be catered for, with a special vegetarian menu including standout dishes like smoky tandoori grilled aubergine bharta and rich black daal with garlic naan.
The supper club is a great chance to experience Chef Anurag's exceptional cooking and meet him in person. It's also one of the best ways to taste Chef Amit's bold flavours and dishes, inspired by his extensive travel across India.
