The refined Novikov restaurant in Mayfair is hosting its annual tuna carving event in its Asian dining room on Wednesday, 1 October, with a welcome twist. While these exclusive experiences usually come with a suitably high price tag attached, Novikov is inviting everyone to witness the art of tuna carving, with cuts of the freshest Spanish bluefin tuna offered on a complimentary basis. Meanwhile, those who want to indulge in a full meal as part of the night can book a table and order dishes directly from the tuna carving event.
The Art of Tuna Carving event starts at 5.30pm on 1 October, and judging by last year's footage, it's not one you'll want to miss.
