Mermaid Gin, the award-winning spirit from the Isle of Wight, has teamed up with seafood maestros Wright Brothers for a sunny terrace takeover at their Battersea hot spot, running until September. Expect a menu of coastal cocktails and fresh-from-the-sea oysters.
Mermaid's brand new '10th Anniversary Gin' is the star of the show, a limited-edition bottle with only 1,500 to exist. It's infused with fig leaves from one of Britain's oldest fig trees, planted back in 1870 at Ventnor Botanic Garden, giving the gin notes of coconut and citrus, and an aroma of coastal air.
Sip it as part of the 'Signature Perfect Serve' on offer – Mermaid 10th Anniversary Gin, Mediterranean tonic, and lemon-infused olives – or try one of the other bespoke cocktails created just for the terrace. Wash it all down with Wright Brothers' legendary seafood for the ultimate summer feasting.
The Mermaid Gin x Wright Brothers terrace takeover runs at Wright Brothers Battersea Power Station until September, with cocktails featuring the £79 10th anniversary gin, also available to buy to take back home.
