Chiang Mai's hit noodle spot Khao-Sō-i is making its international debut this October, right here in London. After a successful pop-up that had people queuing for bowls of their rich, coconut curry noodle soup, the cult fave is opening a permanent site in Fitzrovia.

The menu is chock-full of Northern Thai dishes, led by the star dish: Khao Soi, a silky, spicy curry broth with egg noodles, honed from a 20-year family recipe. The menu also features rotating small plates, such as Chiang Mai sausage (Sai Ua) and punchy minced pork larb (Larb Kua), all made with authentic Thai ingredients and coconut milk squeezed in-house.

Oliver Darrington (formerly of Fallow) will lead the UK launch, bringing hands-on experience and a genuine passion for Thai food, having spent 16 years living in Thailand.

Khao-Sō-i will open in October 2025 at 9-10 Market Place, W1W 8AQ.
