After last month's margarita sesh, Novikov's series of monthly cocktail masterclasses in the Lounge Bar continues with an edition dedicated entirely to negronis.
Taking place on 26 March from 6.30 to 8pm, the interactive session covers a negroni tasting, the history of the popular cocktail, and hands-on mixology, guided by a professional bartender. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink with paired snacks, learn to stir the perfect negroni and craft their own personalised variation, take home a Polaroid of their signature drink, and receive a masterclass certificate at the end.
