London is getting a new kind of immersive takeover this autumn, but instead of neon lights or giant Van Gogh sunflowers, it's about something much bigger. From 26 September to 12 October, Girlguiding, the UK's largest youth organisation for girls, is taking over the screens at Outernet on Tottenham Court Road with an important new campaign: 'A Girl's World: Sexism, Misogyny And The Power Of Sisterhood'.
The campaign follows new research showing just how much sexism and harassment are shaping young girls' lives in 2025. Many are skipping school to avoid harassment, staying quiet in class to dodge abuse, or avoiding going out after dark altogether. But it's not just about the problem; it's also about the power of girls supporting one another, standing up for friends, and demanding change.

Expect striking visuals, intimate soundscapes, and the real voices of girls across the UK telling their stories. The short film starts starkly, with raw accounts of sexism and misogyny, before shifting into an uplifting reminder of resilience and solidarity.
It's also a call to action with the campaign inviting the public to sign an open letter to the Prime Minister, urging the Government to create a UK where girls feel safe, valued, and heard.
