Taking over an abandoned warehouse in Curtain Road that has stood empty for years – apart from the odd illegal rave or so – Unlocked Shoreditch promises to breathe back life into the area by providing a space for shows, exhibitions, and more.
Though officially opening only in autumn, Unlocked Shoreditch has announced a run of “Origins” shows over the next few weeks in order to test out the facilities and provide a teasing glimpse of what's in store for East London once it fully launches.
The experience-led cultural destination will kick things off with Australian producer and viral sensation Tobiahs on 29 March, followed by Nooriyah with support from Mahnoor and DJ Shadobeni on 4 April. On 5 April in-demand selector Jyoty will be bringing her brand-new Homegrown party to Unlocked Shoreditch, and finally Manchester legends Mason Collective will host a stellar MVSON London party on 18 April.
Check out the Unlocked Shoreditch website for more about the venue and tickets.
