This summer, Six by Nico is taking guests down the rabbit hole with its brand-new Mad Hatter's Tea Party tasting menu, which launched on Monday, 14 July, across all UK and Ireland locations.
The latest menu is inspired by Lewis Carroll's whimsical book and consists of a six-course menu of playful, theatrical dishes that reimagine classic British tea party plates with a fine dining zhuzh. Expect to see chicken fat doughnuts on the menu, alongside "drink me" elixirs, edible timepieces, and a nod to flamingo croquet.
Chef Nico Simeone promises a "curiouser and curiouser" experience. Highlights include a goat's cheese parfait in 'Paint The Roses Red', a smoky black pollock dish cleverly titled 'Breakfast In Disguise', and the show-stopping 'Off With His Head' – crispy pig's head with apple and mustard mousseline.
The menu is £55, with optional wine pairings from £35. But don't wait too long, the Mad Hatter's menu only runs for six weeks, finishing on Sunday, 24 August. Available at all Six by Nico sites — from London and Edinburgh to Belfast and Birmingham.
