The Proof was previously an online-only operation but is now opening a permanent site in Dalston Square. This unique bakery specialises in profiteroles – known as proofiteroles – as well as other sweet and savoury treats. The soft launch between 21st and 25th November will see fans able to buy tempting sweet treats at slashed prices, whilst on the official opening day on 26th November the store will give away 500 of their signature profiteroles for free.

As well as the bakery’s signature options, the store also features a build-your-own profiterole bar where you can get as creative as you like. It’s not just basic profiteroles either – get a DIY kit to make some at home, choose a profiterole cake, a profiterole ice cream sandwich, or even a sandwich made with savoury profiteroles.
Coffee is available here as well as cupcakes, cake slices, and whole cakes to take away for special occasions. Fans of savoury snacks aren’t left behind either, with sandwiches and sausage rolls on the menu.
