If early mornings don't usually appeal to you, but the idea of doing yoga under a giant blue whale somehow does, this one might win you over. Museum Yoga at the Natural History Museum happens before the doors open, when Hintze Hall is quiet and slightly surreal, and London hasn't even woken up yet.

You'll bring your own mat, move through a slow, accessible flow beneath the whale skeleton, then lie back for a live gong bath where you can switch your brain off for a bit before properly starting your day.

Sessions run on selected dates from 8am, and afterwards, there's time to wander one of the galleries without the usual crowds.
