The Mirror Bar at the Landmark London has settled into winter mode with a little help from Beluga Vodka, and the result is a gorgeous, cosy retreat, perfect for those colder evenings. Inside, it is all low lighting and glossy mirrored panels, which gives the whole place a sleek feel. You can tuck into a velvet booth for cocktails and caviar or head out to the sheltered Winter Terrace if you want something that feels a bit more seasonal.
The drinks menu is a limited-edition list built around Beluga Noble Vodka, known for its clean, smooth profile, and the cocktails pay homage to that same style. The 'Pearl Star Martini' mixes vanilla-infused vodka with Passoã and passionfruit pearls, 'Rosy Glow' brings rhubarb and elderflower into the picture, and 'Aurora' is all citrusy with saké and Italicus.
If you are after something more indulgent, there is a 30g Platinum caviar serving with blinis and crème fraiche, plus a short menu of small plates that includes lobster arancini with Thai basil mayo, truffle fries and a line-up of British cheeses.
The terrace itself is heated and dotted with lanterns, fur throws and soft cushions, with a small cigar selection if that is your thing. It runs through to the end of March, with drinks starting at around the twenty-pound mark.
