Japan Matsuri is an annual celebration of all things Japanese, from food to culture.

Taking over Trafalgar Square this Sunday, the event will host a number of food stalls serving traditional Japanese delicacies such as okonomiyaki, ramen, and sushi. Various Japanese retailers and service providers will also be on-site to present their wares and offer information on things such as Japan rail passes and tips for an unforgettable trip to Japan.

You'll also be able to browse records, purchase original Japanese woodblock prints, try on kawaii accessories, and much more. As you browse the marketplace, various demonstrations and performance will take place on the main stage, including martial arts, live music, and more.

Japan Matsuri 2024 is free to visit, and you can find out more about the event, including the full programme, here.
