Mushroom drinks have been quietly creeping into London menus for a while now, but this feels like one of the more sensible places for them to land. From 1 January 2026, The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone hotel is launching a non-alcoholic cocktail menu made with functional mushroom extracts, created with London wellness brand The Well Being Nootropics.

The four drinks focus on different moods: clarity, calm and steady energy. Expect things like matcha with Thai basil, smoked tea with orange, tart cherry with balsamic, and a golden milk-style number that's creamy and gently spiced. It's a good option if you're doing Dry January, cutting back, or just want something more interesting than a soft drink, all served in a sultry hotel bar setting.

They'll be serving the menu exclusively at The Cocktail Bar from 1 January 2026.
